Welcome to opnMINER®
opnMINER is a powerful semantic search tool which allows the screening of multiple data sets and sources. It reduces the time and effort spent on scientific searches.
The opnMINER Co-Occurrences feature allows searching for a correlation between two different search terms. Our definition of co-occurrence is the presence of two „concepts“ within the same sentence within a maximum distance of 60 characters.
You can either search for co-occurrences between two concepts or you can simply enter a single concept in the search form. Then all domains with existing correlations are loaded in the graph and one of these domains can then be selected. Select a document collection and click the Search button to load the correlations.
Searches can be conducted in seven different search repositories (PubMed Central, Medline, Patents, Drug Labels, Expression Data, NIH Grants, and Clinical Trials).
